Things are changing in the American labor movement and, at last, they are changing for the better. The most visible symbol of this change is the new leadership at the AFL-CIO. The energy and high profile displayed by the "New Voice" team of John Sweeney, Rich Trumka, and Linda Chavez Thompson is a welcome change.
