U.S. imperialism is facing an acute political crisis in Central America. This strategic isthmus of land that has been dominated by U.S. interests for over a century is today the scene of intense revolutionary conflicts. Three countries—Nicaragua, EI Salvador, and Guatemala—are at the center of this upheaval.
