Christmas Greetings to the K-T Oil Corporation

Recently my mother showed me the Christmas cards she received last year from friends and relatives. Paradoxically, amid the heap of cards bearing sincere expressions of love and affection, I found a greeting from you, the K-T Oil Corporation. The letter was impressively worded and, piously, your firm indicated that it was contributing to "various organized charities attending to the needs of those less fortunate people of our country" in the name of "our friends, employees, customers…" It might disturb you to learn that the widow of one of your former employees would obviously qualify as one of those "less fortunate people of our country."
