Comments on "Toward An International Strategy"; The Price of Utopia

Abstract

Please allow me space to comment briefly on the disagreement registered by the MReditors regarding the dual strategy thesis put forward in my article "Toward an International Strategy." Though I believe this disagreement to be more apparent than real, it points up a certain lack of clarity in the article which must be set straight if further misunderstanding is to be avoided.
