Abstract

The monolithic mindlessness of the AFL-CIO top brass was rudely disturbed when 523 delegates coming from 50 international unions and scores of district, state, and local federations and unions gathered in Chicago over the November 11 Veterans Day weekend (appropriately) to demand an end to the bombing of North Vietnam and negotiations with the National Liberation Front of South Vietnam.
