Abstract

There is one aspect of the Sino-Soviet dispute, touched upon by Konni Zilliacus ("What Do the Russians Want?", MR, December, 1963), which deserves further comment. This is the crucial question of how much aid the national liberation movements can expect from the working classes in the imperialist nations.
