Abstract

The recent trend of events in the world socialist movement is profoundly disturbing. The July talks between the Soviet and Chinese Communist Parties were apparently a complete failure. And the charges and counter-charges which have since been flying back and forth between Moscow and Peking are becoming increasingly acrimonious and serious.
