Abstract

I want to say muchas gracias for your Notes on Latin America in the March issue. The exhilaration of your trip leaped from your words in a way that made this reader nostalgic. But more important, the Notes are filled with fresh, perceptive insights and you caught so well the grand design of Latin America in ferment and pregnant with revolution.
