Abstract

The end of February, the beginning of March. I open the daily newspapers and read that the Chinese attack Khrushchev. In reply, a friendly Nikita reaffirms his solidarity with China and Cuba against "the sharks of North American imperialism." Red Flag attacks again: "Atomic arms cannot change the laws that determine the development of mankind."
