Abstract

On August 27th, in a speech to the American Bar Association convention in Boston, Attorney General Herbert Brownell Jr., broke into the middle of a dissertation on the alarming growth of crime to announce that he proposed to place the National Lawyers Guild, only liberal and courageous bar association in America, on his list of "subversive organizations."
