The specter of another failure of a Big Business administration because its members may act like Big Businessmen is beginning to trouble some GOP spokesmen. At the same time, there is overwhelming determination by other Republicans to collect what they bought and paid for. Thus, against the cry for caution can be heard the cry of the investment banker quoted by Barron's Weekly, for the establishment of the "welfare state, rich man's division": "Each year for twenty years we have wondered what the government would do to us.
