Abstract

South Africa is in a state of crisis, and if the South African goverenment continues its present policies and practices, our country will inevitably and rapidly find itself in a state of siege. Is this what President Reagan and the U.S. State Department want? If the U.S. government protests that this is not what was intended, then it should terminate its policy of so-called constructive engagement and engage itself in real constructive efforts and actions to prevent our country from moving into a state of continuous violence and bloodshed.
