We reproduce here a part of Fidel Castro's closing speech at the Tricontinental Conference, delivered in Havana on January 15th. This is the part which attacks Trotskyism and singles out Adolfo Gilly, a frequent contributor to MR, for special condemnation. Gilly's reply, containing his assessment of the results of the Conference, is included in this issue of MR beginning on page 21.
