Abstract

In the January issue of MR, we remarked in passing that Eisenhower "has no program." We were wrong. A careful study of the various messages sent by the White House to Congress during January shows that he does have a program. What's more, the most comprehensive of these documents, The Economic Report of the President, reveals that the program is a carefully thought out and integrated whole.
